My journey to losing weight. (Pretty Model Slimming Capsule experience)

i have been wanting to lose weight for years now but something always comes up that makes me stop. 2 years ago i was enticed to try this slimming coffee that my friend used to lose weight (she had awesome results so i wanted to try it out for myself) but since i am not a fan of coffees i saw that they also had them in a juice form so when i saw it, i literally had no second thoughts and ordered.

At first the juice was doing great. I lost 8 lbs in a week and i was so happy but the longer i take the juice, the longer i get "nauumay" from its taste. The juice is great and all it tastes like our local powdered mango juice here but there was something in it that tasted like medicine-ish. I don't know, it just tasted awful and since it was my first time, i was having bad reactions from it i guess. I had halitosis that even if i brush my teeth it won't totally go away so it was very embarrassing when my parents would say it to me. I wasn't also a fan of drinking water all the time since i was pretty much used to staying in my room for hours without going out (and having that dehydrating factor from the juice makes it bad) I never had palpitations or had any problem sleeping or any of those other effects (well, not that i know of) but you know, to tell you guys honestly, if i hadn't experience those things, i would have kept on going.

So 2011 and 2012 came and i failed at it again. Finally i had this drive in me that 2013 would be my year. Back then i was eyeing on an alternate slimming solution which is this Pretty Model Slimming Capsule which promises amazing results and from researching from the internet, it had some great reviews with positive results so again, i was enticed to try it. I ordered 2 boxes right away (that's how determined i am to try this) and it just came yesterday (feb 20,2013). Since i have a family gathering that night which would make us eat quite a lot i decided to start today (Feb 21, 2013).

Frankly, i am very excited to go through this and I am promising myself to try my best to keep this up this time. So this is the PMSC package that i got:

oh boy, can't wait! I am aiming for a quite big weight loss since i am determined to start my life anew. I want to feel confident of myself for once and feel proud and happy. Being as big i am now really dropped my self esteem and self confidence to the ground resulting me to passing on great work opportunities and basically choosing to seclude myself from the world. Having no social life of anything. I know i am hoping too much but i am determined to change for the better.
