My journey to losing weight. (Pretty Model Slimming Capsule experience) - Day 28

Hello guys! i am back to update you again on my weight loss journey using Pretty Model Slimming Capsule :)

it will be my first month on the 21st since i started using them and so far i am very pleased with my results. as of today, i lost a total of 17lbs (from 260 to 243 -- yes, i know i am a big girl LOL!) i was even happier when my relatives noticed my weight loss the other day and they were asking me what i did-- LOL! i even looked at the mirror and noticed it too and i was like whoaaaa i am more determined than ever! as for my vitals, i lost 2/12 inches on my waist and i now fit on my old college clothes --YAAAY! my double chin greatly shrinked though i am not sure if it was my weight loss or my double chin exercise that i learned from Youtube lol oh well..maybe it's both :) since i am already approaching my 1st month, i decided to partner my pills with a bit of exercise at home. Doing sprints running back and forth from our front door to our kitchen and some kick boxing here and there .. just really sweating myself up :)

Ofcourse, my minimal food intake is still at play eating more fruits and salads rather than eating other meals. At times i would tell myself it would be great if i had my own treadmill at home so i can sweat more *sigh* but since i have no money for that, i will stick to my at home exercises lol!

At this rate of success, i am more determined to lose this budgy fats on my body and will continue doing it until i reach my first goal (200 lbs by april 4th --my bday) and next to my main goal of 120 or less. I hope i make it to 200 by my birthday it will be the very best birthday gift! haha oh well, we'll see.

Will update you guys again on april 4th ... wish me luck! you know i need it! LOL!

My journey to losing weight. (Pretty Model Slimming Capsule experience) - Day 13

Hi guys! i am back for an update on my weight loss journey (Currently on Day 13).

So far, i've lost 6 lbs and 1 1/2 inch on my waist ... i don't know if that's a good stat though haha oh well, i am pretty happy that i weighed down a bit already but i surely have a long way to go if i want to reach my desired weight.

you guys might be wondering what kind of diet im having...well, im trying to cut down on rice and eating as much fruits and salads as i can as a replacement (so far it's working ^_^ ) but if i am stuck with rice, i make sure i don't eat too much and only have rice once a day -- i commonly consume it at lunch since i wake up around that time and eat fruits and salads during dinner or if im craving for a munchie :) i don't really do exercise that much but every other day i make sure i have at least an hour of walk from our house to our grocery store and back and im also doing this 'how to reduce your double chin' exercise haha gosh wish me luck guys! i really need it LOL! :D

so yeah that's pretty much about it.. ill get back on you guys again soon ^_^
